With more than 15 years of experience, she worked at Bancolombia Investment Banking, where she led mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and structured finance operations.

For the past five years, she has served as Director of Corporate Finance at Nutresa, developing and executing the group’s organic and inorganic growth strategy, including structuring acquisitions and managing the corporate investment portfolio.

He has more than 35 years of experience in different sectors, leading companies such as Invamer-Gallup Colombia, General Manager; Grupo EMP, General Director and CEO; and recently he was in charge of the Colombian Embassy in Canada. In addition, he has extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors of different companies in different sectors, including food, telecommunications and innovation, and in the academic world.

He has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets and has been actively involved in infrastructure transactions in Latin America.

Prior to joining Odinsa, he served as Partner and Head of Clients for Colombia at Patria Investments and CEO of the joint venture between Patria and Cibest Capital. He also worked at Bancolombia, where he held the positions of Vice President of Business Origination, Senior Manager, and Manager of Corporate Finance in Investment Banking, as well as President of Valores Bancolombia.
